Mr Shadrokh Nabili

I am writing to express my thanks, to Mr Nabili, and his team of nurses and administrative staff, for the wonderful results they have achieved with miraculous improvement to my sight in both eyes. I was first prescribed spectacles when I was 30 years of age,for use always, eyes then checked at 3 yearly intervals , optician advised need of opinion of Mr Nabili for foggy, blurred vision needing attention, worrying thoughts at 81 years of age. Meeting Mr Nabili for both eyes to be assessed, I was put at ease immediately and a full explanation given, making sure I had understood each stage of the procedure and the final results, complemented with a written summary. Any questions I asked were fully answered, and advised I would be contacted by letter to have 1st eye put right ,everything went well and I had been comfortable and relaxed through out. After healing time Mr Nabili himself did a follow up inspection to his satisfaction, the result being brilliant. The 2nd eye was completed in due course by Mr Nabili and results were again brilliant. When final inspection was completed Mr Nabili explained laser treatment could be available if in future needed. I left Mr Nabili with the thought that in my case he had definitely worked a miracle as I no longer needed glasses at anytime.

I was very impressed by Mr Nabili and his team. I was treated in a professional and friendly manner by everyone. Mr Nabili explained clearly what was going to happen and what the outcome should be. It was also indicated to me that things may not go to plan. I am very happy to report that I am delighted with the result of my cataract removal and after one week I can see clearly and am in no discomfort. I would be very happy to put myself in Mr Nabili's care in the future.

I liked the fact that he came out to greet me and led me to his office. He put me at ease. He explained everything as he went along. I liked him and found him very personable and not stand-offish. Personally I would not change anything there.

I was referred to Mr Nabili for entropian, which needed an operation but also needed an infection to be cleared up first. There were several aspects of the treatment that I was impressed with: 1. The operation was highly successful and cured the problem with minimal/no cosmetic change. 2. My eyes are very sensitive, making me not an ideal patient, but Mr Nabili coped with this well. 3. At several stages treatment and care of the eye was needed and he was very willing to support my wife with detailed instructions and answer her questions. 4. He did not just limit himself to the entropian but also gave general and long term advice at various times, and happily answered any questions. Overall, I would say that he has an excellent manner with patients and would also like to add that his nurse was particularly kind and supportive. Obviously not a pleasant experience for me but one made as good as it could be by the care and attention I received.

Dr Nabili listened to all my questions and fears and gave me comprehensive, clear answers. He was kind caring and spent time explaining the procedure to me On the day of the op he greeted me personally and put me at ease. At my follow up appointment he was patient and once again answered all my questions clearly I would certainly recommend him
